Does this product include user support?

A: SimoHost customers can choose one of the following options Free support for recent purchases (for Home products only): customers who purchase a Home product are entitled to standard support as per Support Lifecycle. Support includes chat and email support channels for perpetual licenses and chat, email and phone for subscriptions.

Does SimoHost provide free support?

A: Yes. SimoHost products include warranty support as per Support Lifecycle. SimoHost does offer presales technical support during trial period at no additional cost, and support for registration and serial number issues after purchase, except for cases where Support needs to generate a new serial number.

Do you offer any free trial for new users?

A: For products purchased through the SimoHost online store, support period starts on the purchase date. For boxed products purchased through a retail outlet (both Home and Business product lines), the serial number should be registered in order to activate entitlement. You should register the serial number. Additional proof of purchase may be required.

Will my services be setup immediately?

A: Owners of SimoHost Business products can renew their subscription to the SimoHost Advantage™ program through SimoHost Sales or a SimoHost Partner of their choice.
